Cada dia es compren 5 litres de llet fresca, que durant la resta de l\u2019any s\u2019acaba en un obrir i tancar d\u2019ulls. A l\u2019hora de l\u2019estudi ja no en queda ni una gota! Per\u00f2 com alguns ja sabeu, estem en unes dates molt especials i alguns dels m\u00e9s grans han marxat per celebrar el Dashain. Aix\u00ed doncs, cada dia ens sobren uns quants litres de deliciosa llet de b\u00fafala. Fer mozzarella ens va semblar massa arriscat, aix\u00ed que vam decidir intentar fer iogurts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/amicsnepal.blog.pangea.org\/files\/2016\/10\/PrimerPas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1891 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/amicsnepal.blog.pangea.org\/files\/2016\/10\/PrimerPas.jpg\" alt=\"primerpas\" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/amicsnepal.blog.pangea.org\/files\/2016\/10\/PrimerPas.jpg 640w, https:\/\/amicsnepal.blog.pangea.org\/files\/2016\/10\/PrimerPas-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Transformar la llet en iogurt no \u00e9s gaire complicat; nom\u00e9s es necessita una raci\u00f3 de iogurt de mostra &#8211; que permetr\u00e0 transformar la llet-, un term\u00f2metre &#8211; per poder mesurar la temperatura de la llet i de l\u2019aigua &#8211; i una iogurtera. Un cop ja ha bullit, la deixem refredar al mateix temps que posem una altra olla amb aigua al foc que far\u00e0 la funci\u00f3 de iogurtera. Un cop la llet s\u2019ha refredat una mica i creiem que est\u00e0 a 46 graus, hi afegim un iogurt i ho remenem intentant que no quedin grumolls. Com que no tenim term\u00f2metre un dia tenim iogurts l\u00edquids, un altre iogurts agrumollats i de tant en tant iogurts com cal. No ens agrada la rutina aix\u00ed que ja ens va b\u00e9.
