Per a estudiar es necessita molta energia, aix\u00ed que se\u2019ns va oc\u00f3rrer de fer un dinar especial. Sabem que als nens els hi encanta menjar, i m\u00e9s si el que es mengen ho cuinen ells.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, aprofitant que dimecres era festiu per celebrar el any nou Sherpa, vam proposar als petits que cuinessin per a tothom! Un dels nens, en Som, ja havia cuinat una empanada bon\u00edssima per als voluntaris, i els varem animar a repetir l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia, aquest cop per a tots els nens i personal del centre.<\/p>\n<p>Un segon despr\u00e9s de la proposta, els nens ja estaven discutint emocionats quina especialitat prepararien i dient-nos quins ingredients haur\u00edem de comprar.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que vam anar en Dani i jo amb els dos nens m\u00e9s motivats en la tasca (en Som i en Santa) a comprar els ingredients que no ten\u00edem a la casa d\u2019acolliment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3kg de carn<\/li>\n<li>5kg de farina<\/li>\n<li>2kg de col<\/li>\n<li>1kg d\u2019alberg\u00ednia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hem batejat aquest \u00e0pat com \u201cEmpanada casera\u201d al m\u00e9s <em>Balmandir style.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En aquest video teniu\u00a0pas a pas el procediment:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=23r33cJ4WZE<\/p>\n<p>Quan estaven preparant la massa se\u2019ls va acudir acompanyar les empanades amb una salsa de tom\u00e0quet, per aprofitar el gustet dels ossos de gallina! Posa l&#8217;empanada al foc i treure-la quan estigui torrada<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tom\u00e0quets picats, una mica de col, esp\u00e8cies picants, ossos de gallina; tot al foc per a fer una salsa deliciosa.
